How many prophecies existed in the Buffyverse? I think it would be interesting to make a list and analyze them: how they were found and by whom, what was the outcome and so on. Any help is appreciated because my memory is quite lacking in this kind of details 
I'm starting with the very first:
1. Buffy is killed by the Master.
- who discovers it? Angel founds somewhere the Pergamun Codex, an ancient book that was believed had long been lost, and gave it to Giles
- what does it say? that the Slayer would die at the hands of the Master
- is it fulfilled? yes, albeit only temporarily
- how? Buffy goes willingly to face the Master and he kills her
