About the complains you mention, I know of them too but I eventually reached the conclusion that it's just another way for many to bash the show and the spuffy relationship.
About the story, thanks for posting it, that's a beautiful story. It hurts and it's beautiful at the same time. I've heard of fans saying that this show helped them but I never understood how, to actually read how it happened from one of them it's enlightening. And it was very brave of this woman to tell her story publicily <3
